CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM

This is THE ONLY WAY to cancel your account with us. No calls or emails to any department will preserve any deadlines according to our user agreement.

If your account is over 30 days old, NO REFUND can be given, as per our TOS

If your account is 30 days old or less, you are entitled to a refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Your prepaid hosting fees will be refunded to your credit card on file within 3-4 weeks of this request. Setup fees and domain registration charges are always non-refundable, 12, 24 and 36 months prepayments included a setup fee of USD12.95 per Economic account and USD19.95 per Business or Reseller account and a domain registration fee of USD8.99 per year. All additional services are not refundable.
